All cheered
and hailed
When the
priest revealed the signs ordained
For the
world’s savior to come
After the
noise, a silence was abrupt
All heads
turned towards the young man who shouted
« We
failed! We failed! We failed ! »
People
urged him to shush but he ignored their plead
And the
priest exclaimed: “Allow him to speak!”
It’s then
when the young man rose from his seat
He leaped in
frenzy from bench to bench
Holding a
knife to his right hand
And made it
to where the priest stands
When face
to face the priest cried
And called
for the help of the cop at first line
Who immediately
fired towards the young man’s chest
The latter
didn’t put much of a fight
And left on
the wall a perpendicular scratch
Where now it
reads: “In Gold we trust”
